In this section you can find all information you need in regards to your shipment incuding duties and fees and BREXIT updates.


All items are being shipped with DPD/UPS/DHL and you will be provided with a tracking number. Please note that it might take up 24 hours before tracking is available. If you aren't home when your parcel is being delivered it will be delivered to your local collection point or you can reschedule for another day.


We do not deliver to PO boxes

All items are being shipped from the UK.


There are no extra fees or duties to pay for items delivered in the UK. 

Within the EU there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) HEEDSSHOES.COM does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For more information, please consult your local customs office. If an order is sent back to our UK warehouse because the import fees were not cleared, the customer is liable to any additional costs, including the cost of returning the parcel back to our UK warehouse.


When an order are being shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number where you can check you shipment status.

Please note it can take up to 24 houras being an item can be tracked.
