Shipments

In this section you can find all information you need in regards to your shipment incuding duties and fees and BREXIT updates.

DELIVERY


We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment. However in busier periods it might take slightly longer.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding British holidays. Once your order has left our warehouse it should be with you between 1-7 days depending on delivery country.

 

HEEDSSHOES.COM do ship internationally and if you can't find your country in the list please let us know and we will do our best to resolve that.

 

All items are being shipped with DPD/UPS/DHL or similar courier and you will be provided with a tracking number. Please note that it might take up 24 hours before tracking is available. If you aren't home when your parcel is being delivered it will be delivered to your local collection point or you can reschedule for another day.

 

We do not deliver to PO boxes


Due to brexit some things have changed with shipping to the EU. Our couriers may experience delays in your deliveries. We are trying to work this out the best we can.

There may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) HEEDSSHOES.COM does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Please make sure that the shipping address is correct at time of purchase, we can't make any changes after your package has left the warehouse.

RETURN POLICY


You are allowed to return an item within 14 days from delivery. HEEDSSHOES.COM do not cover your return postage.


All returned items must have been tried on indoors, be sent back in it's original box and once we've received the items back and inspected them we will issue a refund. If your item is not sent back with dustbags/spare laces/original box etc a deduction will be made from your refund.

 

Always send an email to info@heedsshoes.com before sending anything back.

You can also use the form on our website and we will get back to you with retun instructions.

Always include your order number.


If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS", to avoid any custom charges. HEEDSSHOES.COM is NOT responsible for any return cutsoms charges made and that will be deducted from yuor refund.
